Price guide · Fly screens
The cost of a made-to-measure window or sliding door fly screen comes down to the opening size, the screen type, the mesh and the installation. Here's what to expect.
Cost factors
Wider and taller openings cost more.
Window and sliding door screens are priced differently.
Standard fly mesh, DVA privacy mesh and security mesh vary in price.
Frame condition and access affect the work.
We make durable, made-to-measure window and sliding door screens, with a choice of standard fly mesh, DVA privacy mesh or security mesh. Each screen is measured to the opening, so the quote reflects the exact size, mesh and installation involved.
When comparing quotes, check each one covers the same number of openings, screen type, mesh and installation.
Retractable screens roll away into a cassette when not in use and are typically priced higher than fixed window or sliding door screens. Securetec does not currently supply retractable fly screens — instead we make made-to-measure window and sliding door screens, which we'll measure and quote for free.
